About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant for its Wealth and Investment Management (WIM) Operations & Servicing Product. This is a senior level Product Owner role responsible for a set of business capabilities/applications that support WIM Operations.

In this role, you will:

• Lead cross functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services and initiatives

• Create product roadmaps for the assigned scope of capabilities

• Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate

• Review strategic approaches and effectiveness of support function and business performance

• Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations

• Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group's functional area or products, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans

• Collaborate with LOB teams to establish requirements and prepare business cases to assist with prioritization

• Collaborate and consult with members of the Business Execution team and team leaders to drive strategic initiatives

• Influence, guide and lead less experienced Strategy and Execution staff within the group

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

• Demonstrated leadership of cross functional teams to define and deliver large product capabilities involving complex technology solutions

Desired Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience as a Product Owner with hands-on experience in Jira

• 5+ years of experience working in Wealth and Investment Management domain

• 2+ years of experience in the Risk & Regulatory and/or Clearing & Reconciliation functional areas

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Experience navigating through ambiguity

• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

• Experience in developing and delivering professional presentations

Job Expectations:

• Candidates must be willing to work on site for 3 days a week in either CIC, Charlotte, NC or 550 S 4TH ST Minneapolis, MN location
