Robert Half IT Product Manager III in Minneapolis, Minnesota

Description We are in search of an IT Product Manager III who will be a key player in our team, shaping the future of our retail operations by empowering the team to deliver innovative and human-centered customer experiences. This role is located in Hanover, Maryland and offers a long term contract employment opportunity. The position will involve driving product strategy and development, engaging in customer research, and executing data-driven prioritization.

Responsibilities:

• Lead teams to innovate and transform by embracing new ways of working.

• Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities to improve retention.

• Partner with cross-functional teams including marketing, product engineering, and operations, to identify and deliver experiences that improve customer retention.

• Develop and implement customer-focused solutions and strategies.

• Execute data-driven decision making to optimize campaign audience selection.

• Design and build successful metrics and reporting to measure the performance of retention campaigns and overall program effectiveness.

• Collaborate closely with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment of business objectives.

• Create test plans for campaign optimization while maintaining a test/learn/iterate mindset.

• Demonstrate empathy for customers and steer strategies to build customer trust.

• Leverage leadership skills to inspire, motivate, and manage cross-functional teams. Requirements • Demonstrated experience in IT Product Management

• Strong customer service skills

• Excellent communication capabilities, both written and verbal

• Proficient in reporting and data-driven decision making

• Experience in marketing, specifically with campaign planning

• Knowledge of operations and optimization in a retail environment

• Proven research skills, particularly in an engineering or computer sciences context

• Demonstrated leadership and people management skills

• Familiarity with hiring processes and working with internal teams

• Knowledge of UX principles and their application in product management

• Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage time

• Experience in stakeholder management and aligning work with business objectives

• Proficiency with relevant software, including Mindset Software

• Experience in creating test plans and defining success metrics

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciences or a related field is preferred. Innovation starts with people.®
