What this job involves: We are seeking an energetic and self-motivated Life Cycle and Infrastructure Program Manager to join a fast-paced, progressive Financial Services Account. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing a new Life Cycle Infrastructure Program Management office and serving as the single point of contact for the client. Your primary focus will be on building a world-class Infrastructure Program that will guide investment recommendations for the portfolio. Additionally, you will track project financials and schedule reported statuses regularly. Your day-to-day tasks will include: Establishing and operating a project management office ("PMO") to oversee and manage the Lifecycle Repair & Replacement Project Management Office Providing a skilled and knowledgeable resource as the single point of contact/accountability for the account Making service, process, product, and pricing recommendations based on requests for program changes and enhancements Setting and reviewing objectives, coordinating activities, integrating end-to-end requirements, and developing communications related to program offerings Acting as a resource manager, recommending the right resource management for projects and programs of all complexities and length Designing and implementing consistent processes for managing and reporting schedules, budgeting and cost management, change management, and risk management at various levels Assessing the strategic alignment and budgetary impact of new projects Identifying and implementing opportunities to enhance digital reporting solutions Developing and implementing governance procedures for auditing project compliance, as well as Key Performance Indicators for monitoring projects and assessing quality standards and assurance Ensuring compliance with business practices, code of conduct, IT, and procurement requirements Developing, implementing, and maintaining program manuals containing the overarching programs framework, policies, and procedures Driving the success of programs and supporting the transition from pilot stage to operational stage Acting as a liaison between program owners and client stakeholders Continually evaluating service delivery programs, processes, and methods and recommending improvements Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting packages summarizing operational and workload volume results Developing and presenting a valid baseline of current Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) costs for critical assets Developing and presenting business cases for Capital Investment Projects (CIP) and maintaining a comprehensive five-year rolling capital improvement forecast (CIF) Desired experience and technical skills: Minimum of 7 years of Program Management, Asset Management, or Project Management experience in Corporate Real Estate Experience with portfolio-wide collection of asset data and coordination with Capital Planning prioritization recommendations Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, project scheduling software, and web-based applications Preferred: Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or related field Architecture, Engineering, or Project Management certification (preferred) Experience with Financial Services JLL Is an Equal Opportunity Employer JLL is committed to developing and maintaining a diverse workforce.
