Reports to: CEO Responsibilities Set the studio vision, strategy, and annual business plans (including budget) in alignment with JLG s strategy and goals for sustained and profitable growth Build a high-performance business unit that elevates outcomes for our clients, communities, and company through award-winning design Achieve studio and company objectives by cultivating a high-performance business unit, increasing studio revenue and profitability Effectively manage risk for the studio Work in the abstract to distill solutions, prioritize, and provide direction Drive influence; enlist and inspire others in pursuit of your vision Leverage your credible voice to establish yourself and JLG as an industry-known expert to build market ownership and close sales Target and quickly develop client relationships based on studio plan through client intimacy, authenticity, and persuasion; consistently meet client outreach targets Advance JLG s integrated design approach to elevate design, expand studio expertise, and drive high performance outcomes Successfully manage projects in your portfolio as Principal-in-charge Lead the studio team and develop talent to ensure growth and succession All other duties as assigned
