Job Objective: This position coordinates and performs maintenance and repair of physical structures and grounds by performing varied labor. Schedule and complete work repair orders from the Property Manager. Work overtime in emergency situations as required, arrive early, or stay late in order to complete needed repairs with limited disruption of residence and operations. Wear any and all PPE provided, including but not limited to gloves, masks, or back guard when doing substantial lifting. Maintain a neat appearance, including clean clothing, clean shaven or neatly trimmed facial hair, neatly trimmed hair, shirt tucked in, and pants at the waist. Must be available for a flexible schedule; to work early shifts, late shifts, and some weekends.
