Key Responsibilities Include: *Provide monthly financial reporting for the firm leaders. *Update the compensation document with relevant financial and profitability metrics. *Assist with tracking of lateral financial models. *Monthly updating of the compensation tracker. *Monthly reporting for various departments and practice areas (Life Sciences, Agribusiness, Public Companies, etc). *Assist with budget, forecast and other ad-hoc analysis. Our Ideal Candidates Will Have: The ideal candidate will have a four-year degree and two to four years of analytical experience. Both excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are required. Expertise in standard business software applications such as Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint and intermediate Excel is also required. Knowledge of Elite, Hyperion, SQL, Power BI, payroll or prior work within a legal finance department setting is a plus.
