The Finance Manager Strategy will perform key financial analysis, business partnering & thought leadership in support of business-wide strategic decisions. This unique role will contribute to the development and refinement of the company's overall growth strategy. The Day-to-Day * Collaborate with senior leaders throughout the organization & lead finance business partners on strategic priority analyses * Support pipeline evaluation and due diligence analysis * Drive post-close deal integration, including serving as the finance lead during the integration period owning the full P&L, and working with business leadership to meet goals * Effectively communicate/present results of analyses with recommended courses of actions * Collaborate across business units within SPS; be a proactive business partner * Proactively contribute to the identification of opportunities and actions to improve financial performance through creation of financial reporting and analytic tools * Develop sound financial models and/or business cases in partnership with business managers * Demonstrate ethical responsibility, personal accountability, and responsibility for the integrity and reliability of data, modeling, and reporting * Lead and/or provide expertise to ad hoc projects and analysis as required; ROI modeling, etc. Minimum Experience * Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 8 years of related experience in fast-paced analytical roles (FP&A, strategic finance, investment banking, consulting, data science/analytics, etc.); a Master's degree and 5 years of experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience * Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the capability to navigate cross-functional collaborations effectively and be front and center with company executives * Advanced financial modeling techniques and abilities with a deep understanding of best financial modeling practices * Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to synthesize complex financial information into clear, concise reports/packages * High attention to detail but an equally important ability to see the big picture and evaluate analyses with strategic business context * Demonstrated technical proficiency with financial planning (i.e. Anaplan, Hyperion, etc.) and experience with reporting software (i.e. Power BI/Tableau, Alteryx, etc.) * Strong oral & written communication skills * Established project management skills * Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a passion for driving continuous improvement and innovation Nice to haves * MBA * 5+ years in a Financial Planning & Analysis, M&A or Investment Banking role * Accounting experience is a plus * Experience with SaaS business models and/or corporate strategy a plus Click on the link below to watch a brief introduction video of our Finance team! https://www.linkedin.com/company/sps-commerce/life/sps-finance-team/ SPS Commerce offers a comprehensive package of benefits including health, denta , vision, disability, and life insurance, paid time-off, 401(k), health and flexible spending accounts, stock purchase plan and more. * EOE including disability / veteran * #LI-HYBRID Apply Here: https://www.click2apply.net/ZLl8b5s7KYlZpcQyNHd4dw PI242023115
