Director, myRSM As the Director of MyRSM, you will be the visionary and strategic leader behind RSM's enterprise client portal. In this role, you will be responsible for the overall success of MyRSM, including product, operations, adoption, and usage. You will work closely with teams from CMG (Marketing, Communications and Sales), Digital, and various lines of business (Tax, Assurance, Consulting) to ensure the portal's successful development and implementation. Your responsibilities will include fostering collaboration among stakeholders and leaders, working with internal customers, the cross-functional product team, and business sponsors to define business needs and product value. ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Product Leadership Drive the formulation and implementation of the product roadmap, aligning it with strategic objectives and market demands Collaborate with engineering, design, and key groups to establish precise product specifications, features, and end-user requirements Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to identify product enhancement opportunities and differentiate the product in the marketplace Monitor key product performance indicators to gauge strategy effectiveness and guide decision-making for future developments Advocate for the user perspective, integrating user feedback to enhance product value and satisfaction, while leading the product management team in defining and prioritizing features and functionality Operations Oversee the day-to-day operations of the product, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in processes Work with RSM's onboarding, adoption, and change management teams to drive product usage and ensure a smooth user transition Establish and maintain a support model to address user issues, provide timely assistance, and enhance user satisfaction Develop and manage the product's budget, ensuring alignment with overall business goals Stakeholder Management Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including executive leadership, investors, and partners Communicate product updates and progress to internal stakeholders, peers, and others as needed QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree (required) TECHNICAL/SOFT SKILLS Experience and deep understanding of product management and Agile/SCRUM methodology/techniques (Required) Experience with Dynamics 365+ (Preferred) Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud (AEC) (Preferred) Product Management certifications (Preferred) Able to apply systems thinking to identify opportunities to align and synergize across systems/processes (Required) Experience successfully driving end-to-end delivery of product solutions. (Required) Experience in managing complex projects (Required) Strong understanding of software development and product lifecycles (Required) Demonstrated understanding of user-centered design (Preferred) Proven ability to solve for complex problems in a logical and systematic way (Preferred) Demonstrated ability to leverage data to make strategic decisions (Preferred) Balance of technical knowledge and business acumen (Required) Able to build business cases, gain internal/external support, and drive implementation of new processes/products ensuring ROI is met (required) Able to thrive under tights deadline and work confidently amidst ambiguity and uncertainty (required) EXPERIENCE 10+ years product management or technology expertise (Required) 10+ years' experience with consumer facing products that have high uptime and user engagement (Preferred) 7+ years developing strategy and leading deployments of product/system programs (Preferred) Proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams in the development and delivery of digital products with a customer centric mindset (Required) Strong understanding of customer needs and the ability to translate those needs into product features and functionality (Preferred) Established background in launching software or services in partnership with IT, engineering teams and high degree of proficiency in prototyping, iterative development, understanding of Agile principles (Required) LEADERSHIP SKILLS Able to successfully lead cross functional teams comprising both direct and indirect reports to effectively execute against complex program/project objectives (Required) Able to communicate and build relationships across all levels within the organization (Required) Able to clearly communicate ideas and findings to both technical and non-technical audiences (Required) Able to build business cases, gain internal/external support, and drive implementation of new processes/products ensuring ROI is met (Required) Able to thrive under tights deadline and work confidently amidst ambiguity and uncertainty (Required) Proven ability in leading and supporting high performing, engaged, collaborative teams (Required) Strong listening, influencing, and negotiation skills (Required) Proactive, self-starter with excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively (Preferred) High degree of organization, individual initiative, and personal accountability (Preferred) At RSM, we offer a competitive benefits and compensation package for all our people.
