Job Title: Digital Analyst - Data Strategy & Adobe Customer Journey Analytics

Location: Open to candidates who can work in Minneapolis, Minnesota and Charlotte, North Carolina.

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days/week in office)

Overview: Join our Enterprise Data Analytics & Insights organization as resident expert for Digital Data Strategy and Adobe Customer Journey Analytics Platform. This role requires a strategic mindset to advance customer 360 and end-to-end journey reporting. You will support business marketing stakeholders while ensuring cohesion with technology, marketing, and other key partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a robust product vision and roadmap, understanding user personas, stakeholder needs, and satisfaction for Digital Data/Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA).

  • Partner with analytics teams and business to identify and design reporting solutions using multi-source data within CJA.

  • Liaise with the Marketing Analytics, Digital Analytics, Digital Analytics Tech, and Omnichannel Analytics teams to:

  • Ensure smooth delivery of ongoing/customer level reporting, analytics, and insights.

  • Identify and design reporting solutions using multi-source data within CJA.

  • Develop and implement quality controls and departmental standards to ensure quality standards, organizational expectations, and regulatory requirements.

  • Serve as the resident Adobe Customer Journey Analytics and Adobe Experience Platform capability expert.

  • Conduct office hours for the broader business and analytics community.

  • Own the Adobe CJA request queue; manage what is in motion, planned for development, arbitration, and backlogged; delegate ownership of specific queue requests across marketing and technology teams.

  • Collaborate with Digital Analytics engineers to ensure critical data is available, with quality in the proper platforms with clear SLAs.

  • Work effectively with Data Governance, IT, and risk partners to drive initiatives to completion.

  • Act as a key member of the agile team to identify and manage tagging issues or roadblocks through to resolution.

  • Provide traditional Digital Analytics support: Support 1-2 business product teams, working closely with business partners to develop pre-project measurement plans, reporting business requirements, technical analytics tagging requirements, and post-launch reports.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in Marketing Analytics or Digital Analytics.

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience (5+ years) in digitally enabled businesses. MBA or graduate degree is a plus. Experience in financial services preferred.

  • Strong understanding and experience with implementation and usage of web analytics tools – primarily Adobe Analytics, Adobe Customer Journey Analytics, Adobe Experience Platform, Salesforce Data Cloud, Pega.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Customer Data Platforms and the ability to manage the transition to a post-cookie world.

  • Agency and media/SEO experience is a plus.

  • Expert user of advanced analytics tools and techniques to perform analysis and interpret data (e.g., SQL, SAS, R, Python, Excel, Alteryx, Hadoop).

  • Expert user of analytics data visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI.

  • Ability to work and thrive in a collaborative work environment as well as independently to drive results.

  • Demonstrated ability to influence change across a complex organization.

  • Experience managing integration of data feeds between cross-channel properties such as email, CRM, Voice of Customer, data lakes, social media, and personalization campaigns.

  • Team lead experience in one of the functional areas in digital analytics (e.g., Voice of Customer, Agile, Email Analytics, A/B testing).

  • Working knowledge of AWS with the ability to query using SQL or PySpark.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $50.00/hr.
