The position offers growth, flexibility and a collaborative work environment. In this position you should have the following; excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels. Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment. Most important, demonstrate a high level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation. How you'll create opportunities in this CRM Analyst role: Maintain data integrity by performing data analysis and data cleansing. Troubleshoot and resolve customer support requests owned by the Marketing and Technology team. Participate in developing testing scripts and UAT testing. Investigate and resolve data inconsistencies and performance by leveraging internal and 3rd-party tools. Create and maintain business process documentation, including knowledge articles, training materials, and system configuration documents. Participate in meetings with stakeholders to document requirements and processes. Creation and refinement of user stories and tasks in Azure DevOps. Stay current with Dynamics technology and stay focused on how we can improve our processes. What you will need: 2+ years in an analyst, system analyst, or coordinator role. Problem solving with root cause analysis experience. Experience with CRM systems, Microsoft Dynamics preferred. CRM functional certification preferred. A deep understanding of the sales functionality within CRM. Customer Service experience a plus. Experience working with agile/scrum implementation methodology. Experience with Microsoft office tools such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams. Outstanding written and verbal skills. A self-starter mindset and speaks up in meetings. Inquisitive and collaborative approach.
