Our summer internship program experience is designed to integrate interns into the organization from day one. Interns will learn about our business through meaningful work assignments, gaining a significant understanding of the work we do, our team culture, and will develop their skills through real life application during this 12-week program. This person will: * Gain in-depth on-the-job experience working as part of a high-performing team within your line of business. * Build your analytical and interpersonal communication skills by actively participating in your team's day-to-day activities. * Provide new perspectives and contribute to specific departmental projects and assist in achieving set objectives. * Attend meetings and training sessions to enhance your understanding of the industry. * Collaborate with cross-functional intern cohort on research project creating recommendations to implement new ideas and/or improvement into current process, product and the like. * Take part in organization networking activities: we promote community involvement and networking with other summer interns and full-time colleagues across the organization. * You will also have the support of a program manager and cross-functional intern cohort to support you through your intern experience.
