About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Commercial Mortgage Loan Administration Associate...

In this role, you will:

  • Participate in or provide support for low complexity loan administration initiatives within Transactions and Processing

  • Review basic or tactical issues, policies or procedures for loan transactions, which answers can be quickly obtained, related to low to medium risk tasks and deliverables

  • Perform research and testing related to projects, such as industry studies and management reports

  • Receive direction from supervisor to perform credit research and investigation of existing and prospective clients and counterparties

  • Exercise independent judgment while developing understanding of Transactions and Processing, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements

  • Collaborate and consult with managers, colleagues and stakeholder, including internal external customers if applicable

Required Qualifications, US:

  • 6+ months of Transactions and Processing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Detail oriented, must be able to multi-task well. Commercial real estate or documentation background is beneficial.
