Randstad is hiring now for a CNC Swiss Programmer / Engineering Technician position. If you are ready to take that next step in your CNC Machining career, APPLY TODAY! Must have prior CAD/CAM experience - preferably Solidworks or Esprit. 2-3 years of CNC Programming experience preferred Experience in the design and selection of fixturing and tooling for complex parts.

salary: $75,000 - $85,000 per year

shift: First

work hours: 6 AM - 4:30 PM

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Create CNC programs for swiss machine centers

• Develop and maintain cost effective processes and procedures

• Advocate and implement the highest quality standards and LEAN principles

• Assess and communicate technical specifications to all departments

• Identify and complete continuous improvement projects

• Create and coordinate engineering tests

• Perform quality assurance tests to ensure specification compliance

• Assist/or develop in the development of tool design and CNC programming

• Modify through change control, BOM/BOO within the ERP system

Required Qualifications:

• 2 – 3 years of experience in technical field

• Experience with CAD and CAM software – preferably Solid works and Esprit

• Proficient PC skills in a Windows environment, especially word and excel

• Effective written and verbal communication skills

• Interpersonal and teamwork skills
