Your Opportunity: Taylor Corporation is looking for a Campaign Manager to join their Marketing Center of Excellence team! The Campaign Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, sales leads, customer engagement, and support our business objectives. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual who will help plan marketing campaigns from conception to execution to ensure marketing projects are completed on time and within budget. The individual in this role will demonstrate strong leadership and strategic planning skills. They will demonstrate competency in project management, analytical, and decision-making skills. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams and leverage their expertise in marketing strategies to drive results. They will also work with a diverse and highly talented digital marketing team, leverage cutting-edge marketing tools and technologies and contribute to developing impactful, audience-focused marketing campaigns. Your Responsibilities: Work with the digital marketing director to create strategic marketing campaigns and map out the tasks needed to implement those campaigns Diligently communicate to business stakeholders, partners, and management on the status and progress of campaigns Collaborate with marketing specialists in devising marketing campaigns that drive business objectives Collaborate with writers, graphic designers, and videographers to create advertising content Create and manage a content calendar and schedule deadlines Determine marketing budgets and ensure that campaigns and initiatives adhere to them Maintain an up-to-date understanding of the company, its products, and its client base to implement effective marketing campaigns Mange and supervise marketing projects from beginning to end; proactively communicate project status to appropriate stakeholders; assist the team with removing roadblocks to progress; ensure the team is in alignment on business priorities; elevate project concerns to senior levels of leadership when appropriate Develop and maintain marketing dashboards for internal team use and external stakeholders Identify opportunities for campaign improvements and implement strategic adjustments as needed Stay updated with marketing and project management trends, technologies, and best practices to drive campaign and process improvement Perform other duties as assigned You Must Have: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university with a concentration in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field 3+ years as a campaign manager, project manager, marketing manager, or similar role Ability to manage and coordinate multiple activities and shifting priorities under tight timeframes, handle frequent interruptions, and refocus efforts as needed based on changing priorities Experience with digital project management tools and techniques Experience with project management Experience in campaign management and marketing with a track record of successfully executing marketing campaigns that deliver results Strong understanding of marketing principles, campaign development, and digital marketing channels Excellent organizational, prioritization, and decision-making skills Strong analytical skills Good communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills We Would Also Prefer: Relevant certifications in digital marketing, campaign management, or project management Experience in u ing project management software (Wrike, Monday, Asana, etc.) to organize a team Knowledge of marketing automation platforms and CRM systems for campaign execution and lead management Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques, including SEO, PPC, SMM, and other strategies Proficiency in using analytics and reporting tools to measure campaign performance About Taylor Corporation One of the largest graphics communications firms in North America, Taylor's family of companies provide a diverse set of products, services, and technologies addressing the toughest communication challenges.
