Coloplast Corp. Business Development Representative in Minneapolis, Minnesota

Business Development Representative Location: Minneapolis, MN, US Job Family: Consumer Country/Region: United States Business Development Representatives (BDR) are responsible for driving new business and increasing the qualified pipeline of new opportunities. This individual will be making high volume outbound calls to consumers who have responded to marketing campaigns, qualifying these leads, and moving them through the sales pipeline. In addition to outbound dialing, Business Development Representatives will be responsible for data collection; ensuring required information is entered into a CRM system, and additional administrative duties as needed. Most importantly, this position requires superior Customer Service skills and the ability to discuss intimate medical issues. Additionally, the ability to learn quickly, multi-task, and have excellent organizational abilities. Major Areas of Accountability: Responsible for high volume of outbound activities (phone, email, etc.) Effectively educate consumers and qualify leads to create sales-ready opportunities Communicate and work as a team with the Consumer Sales Reps Meeting established outbound objectives and metrics Accurately and thoroughly document each end user conversation in Coloplast systems per standard department procedures. Responsible for data quality, including self-audit work. Demonstrate a superior attitude and represent the Coloplast Brand Utilize available resources to stay current with company products and operations Support Cross Functional needs Other duties as assigned Essential Qualifications: Associates degree or experience to match, Bachelor's degree preferred 1-3 years of phone-based customer service/call center experience, outbound preferred Ability to work a flexible schedule from 8am-6pm CST M-F Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Computer, CRM, and data entry experience Excellent interpersonal and verbal skills High level of enthusiasm drive and determination Excellent communication, investigation and listening skills Self-motivated and able to remain focused independently Time management and ability to multitask a must Pursuing an ambitious growth agenda, Coloplast develops and markets products and services that make life easier for people with intimate healthcare needs.
