EXPERIENCED ASSEMBLY LINE WORKERS NEEDED ASAP (HEAVY DUTY TRUCK PRODUCTION MECHANIC/TECHNICIANS) in Mineral Wells, WV

Seeking Experienced Assembly Line workers (Production Mechanics/Technicians) for a rapidly growing facility in Mineral Wells, WV. You will be responsible for working on the modification of OEM heavy duty trucks on a production line.

ALL LEVELS OF EXPERIENCE WILL BE CONSIDERED (FROM ENTRY TO HIGH-LEVEL MECHANICAL SKILLS).

RESPONSIBILITIES, REQUIREMENTS, AND AREAS OF NEED

Responsibilities may include:

• Frame drilling.

• Installing components.

• Performing wiring techniques.

• Working on truck bodies such as box trucks, tow trucks and rolloffs

• Bolt-style modifications and kits.

• Some fabrication and mechanical work.

Requirements may include:

• Entry to high-level mechanical skills.

• Ability to work full time and Authorized to work in the United States is required.

• Welding experience a plus.(not required)

• Knowledge of truck or auto assembly/fabrication is a plus.

• Decent set of tools including cordless impact wrench and drill.

• Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and pre-employment physical prior to employment.

SCHEDULE: 6 am to 4:30 pm, MONDAY thru THURSDAY (4 ten hour shifts and then 3 day weekends)

SALARY: $18.50/hour to start - with the opportunity for a salary review after the new hire probation period - plus multiple bonus opportunities monthly. (If you are added to Leadership Training you get a $2/hour raise immediately, etc. )

BONUS AND ADDITIONAL COMPENSATION

• Perfect attendance bonuses $250 quarterly

• Safety Bonuses Monthly
