Working as a member of our finance department, the AR position is responsible for posting payments, inputting member change data and investigating to resolve discrepancies.
Primary Responsibilities will include:
Entering employer contribution data Entering changes in member data i.e., status, beneficiary, name changes, etc. and/or location changes Entering new member applications and termination data Sending out discrepancy reports Gathers information from various sources as needed.Required skills:
Strong communication skills both verbal and written. Highly organized, with excellent follow-up skills and attention to detail. Able to work both independently and within a team setting. Must have excellent time-management skills; able to consistently meet deadlines. Be highly self-motivated and self-directed. Be able to adapt to various types of software; thorough knowledge in Excel.Minimum Qualifications:
An Associates Degree in Accounting is preferable Three years minimum accounts receivable experience required. An equivalent combination of training, education and experience in related fields Experience with/in mission-based organizations a plus Must be flexible with schedule.This position is currently a hybrid work position, with some days remote and some days on site.
