Description

We are seeking an Inventory Control Specialist in Minden, Nevada, to join our Quality Assurance team. This role involves managing and maintaining quality and environmental system documentation, including part numbers, production documents, and data systems. You will also be facilitating internal and external audits to ensure compliance with regulations. This is a contract to hire employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Creation, maintenance, and control of all quality and environmental system documentation.

• Management of part numbers, production documents, and data systems.

• Facilitating internal and external audits to ensure compliance with regulations.

• Use of Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Office Suites to organize and manage documents.

• Ensuring confidentiality in all aspects of the role.

• Handling all correspondence related to inventory control.

• Regularly reviewing and updating documents as necessary.

Requirements

• Proven experience in an Inventory Clerk role or similar position

• Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Office Suite

• Prior experience with Management Systems

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

• Excellent correspondence skills, both written and verbal

• Strong knowledge and understanding of Document Control practices

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions

• Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
