Equipment: - Brake presses & tooling - Punch presses - Laser or plasma cutting systems - Measuring tools (tape measure, caliper, angle gauge, micrometer, indicator) General Experience: - Recent, hands on experience as a press brake operator and doing set ups alone **required** - Experience using a shear and punch press - Fabricating - Overhead crane operation experience preferred - Welding experience helpful General Requirements: - Basic blueprint reading skills - Basic computer skills - Ability to understand complex instructions, how schematics work and make sure the items are designed and built correctly - Familiar with CNC Machine operations - Basic geometry skills (angles and shapes) - Ability to work as a team member and communicate effectively - Good housekeeping and organization Skills - Energetic and pleasant work personality - Pride in workmanship and productivity - Punctuality and excellent attendance - Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds occasionally without assistance - Ability to stand for extended periods - Able to bend, stoop, lean, twist, squat occasionally - Unrestricted and full range of upper and lower body movements and manual dexterity to move, lift, and grasp products Job Conditions: - Metal manufacturing environment - Work area may be subject to undesirable temperatures in winter and summer - Company benefits include: Medical, dental, vision, and Rx.
