Job Summary The Analyst Warranty role supports Domestic and International Warranty Operations business processes and systems. This position works closely with Domestic and International Warranty Operation Leads, regional Service Managers, and market adjudicators to research, analyze, and resolve Warranty system and process issues and maintain reference documentation. This position will also assist in identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and assist in the development and implementation of special projects and training. Job Responsibilities Reviews warranty claims and approves for payment as required Keeps pace with claims processing technologies, procedures, and policies. Balances multiple tasks and seeing them through to closure.
