Job Summary The Analyst Warranty role supports Domestic and International Warranty Operations business processes and systems. This position works closely with Domestic and International Warranty Operation Leads, regional Service Managers, and market adjudicators to research, analyze, and resolve Warranty system and process issues and maintain reference documentation. This position will also assist in identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and assist in the development and implementation of special projects and training. Job Responsibilities Reviews warranty claims and approves for payment as required Keeps pace with claims processing technologies, procedures, and policies. Balances multiple tasks and seeing them through to closure. Continuously improve dealers\' competency around warranty with minimal guidance Works in a collaborative team environment, recognizing when team members require support and provides support as needed Assists in developing training for domestic and international dealer and adjudicator personnel as needed Conducts domestic and international adjudicator audits Provides a high level of expertise and product / process knowledge to warranty adjudicators Education Requirements High School Diploma or Equivalent Required Education Specifications N/A Experience Requirements Required Typically requires a minimum of 3 years of related experience.
