Job Summary The IT Asset Management Coordinator is responsible for effective delivery of IT asset management (ITAM) services. This includes procurement and management of technology inventories, management of contracts for IT assets and related services, monitoring compliance in all areas of software licensing and maintenance of the IT Asset Management Systems. Job Responsibilities Oversee the effective delivery of IT asset management services including hardware, software, vendor and contract management: Participate in the development of strategies and plans to improve IT asset management across the enterprise Ensure assets are effectively managed through their lifecycle, e.g. procurement through disposal. Ensure asset data and information is available to business clients and key stakeholders Establish and adjust appropriate service levels and key performance indicators for important services Manage and improve work practices and processes to support efficient delivery of IT asset management services and accuracy of asset data including: Oversee day to day operations and key processes supported by the team Ensure the team and department is effectively using asset management, contract management and discovery tools.
