JOB REQUIREMENTS: Scope of Role: As the Manager of Learning Operations & Technology, you will be instrumental in strengthening our talent organization by building the learning and enablement engine to develop leaders globally across Regal Rexnord. This role will be a critical member of the growing Leadership Development Team with the Talent COE in the Corporate HR function.You willoverseesuccessful rollout ofleader courses and programs by developing the plans and processes,leveraging technology to deliver impactful learning experiences for our leaders. Responsibilities: Design and implement operations strategiesto ensure successful deployment of leadership projects, courses and programs at scale across Regal Rexnord. Build, execute, and manage detailed project plans to support daily operations, tests, pilots, projects, and strategic initiatives Oversee the day-to-day execution of rollouts including managing logistics around assigning learning, language translation, obtaining learner lists and tracking completion. Partner across the team to drive alignment, determine measurable outcomes and identify interdependencies and risks. Manage technical integrations between the LMS, Workday, vendor platforms and other solutions within the learning ecosystem. Evaluate the learning experience platform and provide recommendations for all technical aspects of learning solutions. Serve as the technical liaisonwith HRIS, the digital function and other areas critical to driving learning innovation. Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, optimizing strategies. Monitor the learner experience and provide ongoingengagement reporting. Identify and lead areas of improvement and optimization needed to increase scale, automate workflows, reduce manual efforts, and improve efficiencies Create processes for efficiencies including automating workflows and tasks Establish and track KPIs to measure program success and impact Education and Experience: The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications: Minimum of 5+ years of experience with administering and managing enablement tools and vendor management in technology industry (i.e., CMS/PRM, LMS, credential and badging tools). Expertise working with knowledge management, reporting, and training operations tools Minimum 5+ years\' experience within global enablement, learning & development or leadership development function. Experience delivering learning and programs for large-scale organizations with complex deliverables such as multiple roles, multiple tracks and organization-wide leader programming. Proficiency in project management including tools and systems Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Teams, Excel, PowerPoint and Word. Proven ability to analyze data and problem...
