FTE: 1.000000 Shift: Shift 1 Job Summary: Key member of the Marketing and Communications team who oversees efforts and supervises a team responsible for the strategy and tactical implementation for health-system-wide wayfinding and signage. The goal of wayfinding and signage efforts is to ensure that any person going to or already at one of our hospitals, health centers or other facilities know how to get there, where they are once onsite and how to navigate to his or her destination with ease. Will lead a team that works in close connection with others within the Marketing and Communications Department and other departments with regard to brand consistency. Likewise, this individual\'s and team\'s work will align closely with voice of the customer and related efforts led by Strategic Planning and Performance Measurement. In addition to overseeing team members, the Wayfinding Supervisor will serve as the point person for external vendors and subject matter experts engaged to advise the organization regarding wayfinding and signage communication. The work of the team will encompass, but is not limited to all health network signage projects, related communication and sign placement standards, patient letters, maps, staff education and communication and interfacing with Epic, MyChart, digital solutions and other pertinent communication channels. Works closely with Facility Planning and Development for all system signage needs and coordination of Occupancy Planning and move/change projects. EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION: Two years of Wayfinding, marketing, communications, public relations or journalism experience. Experience may have been accumulated concurrent to education. Four years of Wayfinding, marketing, communications, public relations or journalism experience preferred. Experience may have been accumulated concurrent to education. EDUCATION DESCRIPTION: Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing. Journalism, Communications or other relevant field. SPECIAL SKILLS DESCRIPTION: Strong typographic, composition, presentation and informational skills. Knowledge of city, state and federal building and safety codes.
