Job Title: HR Systems Administrator- SuccessFactors

Location: Milwaukee, WI

Preference is to hire for Milwaukee, would be open to someone near Paramus or fully remote.

Needs to be fluent in SuccessFactors Employee Central

What are we looking for?

  • Targeting someone with 5+ years of relevant experience

  • The purpose of this role is we are currently changing the HCM system. Would be responsible for working with Senior HRIS Analyst in support of the day to day activities.

  • Acts as a liaison between the IT development group and business units for the development and implementation of new systems and enhancement of existing systems;

  • Evaluates new applications and identifies systems requirements;

  • Evaluates new IT developments and evolving business requirements, and recommends appropriate systems alternatives and/or enhancements to current systems;

  • Prepares communications and makes presentations on system enhancements and/or alternatives.

  • Works under the direction of a project manager.
