What We Need: The primary responsibility of the Senior Benefits Analyst is to support Brady\'s Corporate Human Resources team, which oversees the Company\'s compensation and benefits, talent and development, and social responsibility programs. The Senior Benefits Analyst will provide direct support to employees and other Human Resources Business Partners in the U.S. and Canada for benefit programs. What You\'ll Be Doing: Coordinates all aspects of employee benefits, such as health insurance, dental, vision, disability insurance, life insurance, retirement plans, and employee assistance programs. Partner with Benefits Director on annual enrollment strategy, communications and testing. Support and help develop employee benefits education and engagement initiatives and respond to benefit inquiries to ensure timely, in-depth and accurate resolutions. Help prepare and execute ongoing employee benefits communication strategy to drive employee engagement, improve overall health outcomes and reduce employer costs.
