Job Summary The Service Director II will oversee specific geographic area and work with clients to help facilitate business needs and requests for their customer base. This position will recruit and hire prospective employees, manage field personnel, meet financial and sales targets, negotiate contracts, and establish and meet productivity metrics. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Manage workflow and quality of work performed by Service Managers with consultation from the Region General Manager Manage sales and financial responsibilities including inventory analysis, accounts receivable, invoice review, and operating plan targets Establish and manage key performance indicators to ensure business objectives are met Negotiate service agreements with client in accordance with the DOA Partner with Resource Managers to manage workforce utilization Ensure continuous client contact to assess long-term staffing needs Contribute to strategic planning activities Drive escalation and ensure resolution of key operational issues.
