Position Summary Develops, improves, and implements laboratory techniques and performs complex experiments or tests to contribute to the timely and accurate completion of the research project(s). Responsibilities In collaboration with Principal Investigator develops, improves, and implements laboratory techniques and performs complex experiments or tests to contribute to the timely and accurate completion of the research project(s) including clear and complete records of all experimental work. Troubleshoots assays and customizes experimental tools to answer research questions. Coordinates external and internal resources necessary for completion of research plan. May provide direction to laboratory group and trainees and/or may have supervisory or administrative capacities within the laboratory group Participates in publication and presentation of research.
