About the role: The Sr. Project Manager engages and coaches the Digital Banking Professional Services project team (and organization) to deliver Digital Banking medium to complex professional services projects using project management best practices. FIS provides a modern AWS hosted option for customers and also allows customers to host the product in their datacenter or cloud installation. Drives the execution of professional services sprints by removing impediments, facilitating meetings, and day-to-day decision making. Facilitates discussion and decision making between the professional services project team, the customer and other FIS resources. What you will be doing? Manages and drives the execution of multiple large, highly complex project(s) in accordance with Project Management methodology Coordinate departmental or cross-functional teams. Directs the project from initiation through implementation and delivery. Plans and direct schedules and monitor budget/spending. Guide projects through to completion on time, within scope, and budget, meeting and/or exceeding quality standards. Performs client communication, manages expectations, and escalations related to project deliverables and release promotions.
