As a Senior Manager of Data Operations, you will: Support the data platform DataOps technical strategy and roadmap of capabilities ensuring scalability, reliability, reusability, observability, security, and performance. Oversee the day-to-day operations of our cloud data platform monitoring and ensuring system performance, availability, and reliability to ensure minimal downtime and optimal load performance. This includes nightly batch jobs. Lead and mentor a team of support analysts and data engineers both onshore and offshore, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and agility. Manage a team acting as level 1, level 2 and in some cases level 3 support for batch processes and data platform user issues as well as minor enhancements and system upgrades.
