We are currently seeking a Senior EPMO Manager that will report to the Senior Director of Operations Risk and Managed Services, and is a strategic delivery leader position, with extensive experience in program and project management, and leading diverse teams to integrate people, processes, and technology. This leader will be working with a dynamic team, designing impactful strategies, and solving complex business problems for enterprise-wide functions. Your team will be comprised of Program Managers, Project Managers, and Business Analysts, with direct and indirect reporting lines, in the US and offshore. This division is also responsible for integration and conversion activities, ranging from larger scale Mergers, Acquisitions and Divestitures to small scale asset purchases or sales. Leading this group and working with cross functional stakeholders, you will craft a roadmap to strengthen the bank\'s project management practices, review new business initiatives, execute strategic initiatives, and support effective integration to further growth. The EPMO activities require some efficiency creation, and under your leadership, the EPMO will further develop delivery focus and best practices to serve our final customers.
