Job Summary The Segment Resource Director I will report organizationally to the Global Resource Operations Leader/GM and operationally to the Global Service Line Leader/GM. This role will provide global resource leadership for all TFA\'s and Craft employees located across the FieldCore regions and Service Lines. Scope of leadership includes ownership of all key operating and resource metrics around optimization of these resources.
