Brady Corporation Salesforce Administrator in Milwaukee, Wisconsin

What We Need:

Brady Corp is seeking a Salesforce Administrator. This role will play a vital role within the Brady Americas & Asia regions. We are looking for a proactive individual that can help us continually improve and enhance our Salesforce platform, gathering requirements and feedback and designing best practice solutions for all users. User experience is of great importance to us, therefore the right person for this position should enjoy all aspects of user management including training, support, troubleshooting, maintenance and report/dashboard design to provide solutions and a high degree of user satisfaction.

We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, ERP experience and a tenacious desire to keep learning. The Salesforce Administrator I should be comfortable working with users and enjoy learning new business processes in order to translate them into practical solutions for all users.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Primary end user support and troubleshooting.

  • User training and creating training materials.

  • Monitor user adoption and suggest improvements.

  • Work with other departments to diagnose and resolve problems.

  • Identify and gather requirements from users and stakeholders.

  • All aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups.

  • Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Flow, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards and reports.

  • Other duties as needed.

    What You Will Need To Be Successful:

  • Bachelor's Degree.

  • In Lieu of Bachelor's Degree, 5 years of relative experience.

  • Highly organized, focused, and possesses great attention to detail.

  • Takes initiative and has the ability to prioritize.

  • Strong time management skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills and ability to communicate with sales, marketing and service organizations.
