JOB REQUIREMENTS: The Regal Rexnord Sales Inventory and Operations Planning (SIOP) Internship Program is a paid internship starting September 2024. The program is designed for students to gain real-world experience by developing robust functional/technical expertise and business knowledge through challenging, hands-on assignments and exposing them to various areas within the SIOP domain. This intern will complete work assignments to support SIOP functions such as Demand Planning, Inventory Management, Sales Forecasting, Production Scheduling, and Supply Chain Coordination. This internship will allow associates to gain better knowledge and experiences across multiple SIOP functions. Beyond the \"learn by doing\" training structure, our program cultivates excellence in communication skills via formal report-outs to peers and senior SIOP leadership and regularly scheduled mentor meetings with program leaders.
