JOB REQUIREMENTS: The Production Supervisor will manage the production activities of the shift team members while upholding Cornerstone Composites Mission/Vision/Values to ensure the production of company products are at the highest quality and lowest cost, meeting company performance standards, customer specifications and delivery requirements, in accordance with company policies, procedures and EHS standards. This individual will evaluate and mentor team members to increase productivity and inspire positive morale throughout the plant. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Implement the company\'s safety program to ensure a safe, healthy, & accident-free work environment Lead employee engagement activities, while establishing a positive employee environment through communications, feedback & overall guidance Monitor performance & take corrective action including discipline as needed & respond to complaints to ensure the company & employees adhere to policies, practices & work rules Oversee daily output, measure weekly production efficiency & continuously coach employees to improve performance Staff, develop & maintain an effective workforce of production team members to accomplish department goals Improve employee involvement & communication to achieve strategic operating objectives ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum of 5 years working in a manufacturing environment.
