Job Summary The Program Manager is a key member of the Strategy & Operations team. Working with cross functional teams within the Product Development Organization, they will support the Strategy Manager to drive initiatives to ensure Product Development Excellence. This role serves as a key partner for the Strategy Manager and cross functional leaders across Motorcycle Development to remove barriers and keep teams focused on what is most critical to achieve the goals laid out by the Product Development Excellence initiatives. Job Responsibilities Key support member for overall on-time delivery of Product Development Excellence initiatives Develop key insights from data and drive improvement actions Key support member for the resource planning, balancing, prioritization for all work within Motorcycle Development Work with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure resource needs for all functional teams are well-defined Work with the Business Analysts to ensure resource utilization is being tracked accurately Pro-actively escalate resource gaps to the Motorcycle Development management team and drive actions to close resource gaps Help enable an efficient and continuous learning product development culture by driving continuous improvement of program operations (e.g., process, tools, communications).
