JOB REQUIREMENTS: Position Description: Are you a dynamic and compassionate Physical Therapist eager to make a difference? The Wisconsin Institute for Neuroscience (WINS) at the Medical College of Wisconsin is looking for a full-time Physical Therapist to join our innovative Building Resilience through Action in Veterans and First Responders (BRAVE) Program. In this role, you\'ll deliver cutting-edge care to military veterans and first responders with persistent post-concussive symptoms, focusing on high-level physical performance, visual-vestibular integration, and related therapies. Learn more about our program: BRAVE Program at MCW Your Role As a Physical Therapist with the BRAVE Program, you\'ll: Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop customized treatment plans with input from patients, families, and team members. Provide therapy that emphasizes high-level performance and visual-vestibular conditioning. Educate patients and families about their care and collaborate on long-term wellness plans. Document patient progress accurately and share insights with interdisciplinary teams. Maintain therapy spaces and equipment in a safe, clean condition. What to Expect? Preferred Schedule: 7:30-4 Position Requirements: What We\'re Looking For Required Qualifications: Education: Bachelor\'s degree in Physical Therapy. Experience: Direct experience with vestibular therapy and traumatic brain injury (TBI) assessment. Licensure: Wisconsin State Physical Therapy License. Preferred Qualifications: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree. Expertise in neurologic rehabilitation, concussive injury treatment, or sports medicine. Experience working with veterans, or first responders Proficiency with electronic medical records and interdisciplinary team collaboration.
