Job Title: Phlebotomist I

Job Description

The primary role of a Phlebotomist I is to support various tasks including blood draws, labeling specimens, centrifuging specimens, recording maintenance data, and updating patient information. This role involves explaining the venipuncture process to patients, ensuring the accurate handling of specimens according to physicians' orders, and complying with OSHA and DEP regulations. The position also requires proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to read laboratory results and respond to inquiries.
