Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated FP&A Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will support the Drill business unit and provide support to the horizontal functions such as commercial, manufacturing, strategy, and aftermarket. The FP&A Manager will play a critical role in financial planning, analysis, and decision support to drive business performance and achieve strategic objectives. Key Job Responsibilities * Financial Planning & Analysis: Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes for the business unit and horizontal support functions. * Business Partnering: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, strategy, and aftermarket, to provide financial insights and support decision-making. * Performance Management: Monitor and analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations to improve profitability and operational efficiency. * Reporting: Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and variances. * Cost Management: Analyze and control costs, identify cost-saving opportunities, and support cost reduction initiatives. * Strategic Support: Provide financial analysis and support for strategic initiatives, including capital investments, new product launches, and market expansion. * Risk Management: Identify and assess financial risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with internal controls and policies. * Continuous Improvement: Drive process improvements and implement best practices in financial planning and analysis.
