JOB REQUIREMENTS: Job Description Overview The Wealth Operations Trade Specialist is a senior member of the Managed Account Group (MAG)team with extensive application knowledge and industry expertise. It is the primary responsibility of a Wealth Operations Trade Specialist to support all trading functions in Wealth across multiple platforms and custodians. The Trade Specialist rebalances portfolios to established models and monitors and approves the trading activities of others. This role assures the prompt resolution of trading issues. Additional responsibilities may include application upgrades, management reporting projects, compliance filings and other Managed Account Group functions. Key Responsibilities Rebalance client portfolios to established models in a timely manner. Monitor daily trade activity to ensure accurate and timely settlement of trades. Upload and execute trades with various custodians in a timely manner. Reconcile data feeds across multiple applications and sources. Maintain portfolio model structure in Wealth applications. Communicate with SMA managers and notify them of cash requirements. Accurately set up and maintain asset coding in all Wealth applications. Plan and implement application updates and upgrades as assigned. Prepare regulatory filings as assigned. Must stay current on regulatory changes and put into practice within established timeframes. Special projects as assigned. Independently handle a wide variety of situations and assignments that are non-routine. Create, document and implement trading related workflows and procedures. Workflows must address efficiency, operational excellence and the client experience. Train new Wealth associates on Wealth applications as assigned utilizing various types of training formats. JOB REQUIREMENTS - EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS Bachelor\'s degree in accounting, investments, finance, information systems or relevant area preferred; experience will be considered in lieu of education. Series 65 license is required. Minimum five years of experience in managing Wealth portfolios and equities trading. Position requires sound analytical, technical and financial skills. Experience in data base management and system technology is preferred. Proven leadership; ability to communicate effectively at all levels and develop rapport and relationships across the enterprise. Must maintain current knowledge of industry specific regulations. Understanding and strong working knowledge of MS Office products; ability to effectively utilize Wealth Operating Systems.
