Develops, recommends and implements policies and procedures, ensures compliance with hospital and FH Security rules and regulations. Provides professional and technical training, assistance and support to dispatch staff and others. Creates a Tier one Studer environment. Promotes and provides quality service. EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a dispatch setting is required. A minimum of 3 years experience in a dispatch setting is preferred.EDUCATION DESCRIPTION: High School diploma or equivalent is required. College degree is preferred.TRAINING DESCRIPTION: Training in the function and management of a Dispatch Center is required. Training in a 9-1-1 Dispatch Center is preferred.SPECIAL SKILLS DESCRIPTION: Planning, Organizing, directing and reviewing the work of others. analyzing complex administrative and operational problems, evaluating alternatives and implementing sound recommendations.
