The Registered Funds team of UMB works with clients to provide accounting, tax, audit, and administrative services for mutual funds and collective trusts.

As the Lead Fund Administrator , you will work with a group of Fund Administrators in the preparation of financial statements, board reports and administrative duties for a group of mutual funds.

How you will spend your time:

• Prepare accurate reviews of financial reports

• Leading the on-boarding and training of new hires

• Assist in establishing policies and procedures that are compliant with reporting regulations

• Coordinate with client’s internal and external auditors

• Assist in the calculation of periodic and annual dividend and capital gain distribution

• Leading client reorganizations when they re-register

• Ensure compliance with SEC, IRS, and GAAP reporting regulations

We’re excited to talk with you if:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, or Finance

• Assisted clients with regulatory filings and administrative services for registered funds for a minimum of 7 years

Bonus Points if:

• You have a CPA OR

• You have advisory experience for funds

Compensation Range:

Minimum: $69,230.00 - Maximum: $179,300.00
