This role involves working collaboratively to develop, maintain, and optimize these solutions to improve business processes and leverage technological advancements. Responsibilities: * Collaborative Development: Work alongside a team of SAP specialists to develop, deploy, and maintain sophisticated ABAP, Fiori, and Integration solutions. Oversee the entire lifecycle of SAP technical solutions from initial concept to deployment and ongoing support. * Cross-Functional Coordination: Engage with teams across enterprise architecture, information security, and infrastructure to integrate and align SAP technical solutions with overall business strategies. Ensure seamless collaboration with offshore teams to maintain alignment and operational efficiency. * Business Process Enhancement: Utilize in-depth knowledge of SAP modules to design and implement solutions that streamline operations, enhance user experiences, and increase business efficiency. Develop and enhance custom reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, and workflows (RICEFW) to meet specific organizational needs. * SAP Technical Expertise: Employ advanced SAP technologies such as CDS views, AMDP, SAP UI5, Smartforms, Adobe Forms, Labels, EDI, and Interface programming to construct robust and scalable solutions. * SAP Architecture Oversight: Analyze current SAP technical architecture to contribute to strategic direction, ensuring future enhancements align with business and technological growth. * Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement innovative approaches within the SAP landscape, focusing on automation and sophisticated data handling to boost system capabilities and business outcomes.
