JOB REQUIREMENTS: Apply Job Type Full-time Description Omega Industrial Safety is seeking a Inside Sales to grow the sale and the delivery of industrial guardrail products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, cultivating, qualifying leads and closing new business and manage customer and partner relationships and expectations from an inside sales perspective. This a critical role and will prove pivotal in the continued growth of the Omega Industrial Safety product line. The ideal candidate requires a self-directed, forward-thinking and energetic person who is results oriented and capable of professional and detailed follow through. Must be instrumental to helping grow the business by proactively managing and delivering technical information to customers online and via telephone will need to be able to select best products for the customer. Must be nimble and able to pivot between different markets, product lines and applications. We are looking an individual who has sat on the other side of the table, someone who is naturally curious and has been the customer, and someone who wants to share their knowledge and experiences with our potential and existing customers to help them figure out which solution is the best fit for their organization. Job Responsibilities: Provide detailed technical knowledge of our client\'s solution, in the pre-sale\'s context in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, under minimal supervision to prepare quotations to present to the customer. Prepare for and deliver customized and engineered solutions. Provide consultative support for sales team, partners, and customers. Ensure continuing client engagement during demonstrations related to sales opportunities. Generate new qualified business opportunities through B2B outbound phone calls/emails (GDM) Required to utilize CRM and ERP to manage and track sales pipeline and forecast Address technical blockers that are impeding the closing of opportunities. Identify and communicate upsell opportunities. Work on warm leads to identify customer\'s need, select correct product, and present competitive proposals to win the opportunities. Occasionally support technical inquiries from existing customers. Use CRM database as primary sales tool for managing pipeline and activities.
