How you will do it: Coaches local selling managers to promote HVAC product and solution sales across the Region. Sets professionalism standards within the HVAC sales function, fostering a high-performance culture through engaged local leadership. Ensures sales practices and customer partnerships that foster long-term business relationships and growth opportunities. Establishes and maintains long-term relationships with strategically important customers to influence opportunities. Identifies opportunities for improvements in HVAC selling practices and data utilization to enhance revenue growth.
