Actalent Engineering Test Technician in Milwaukee, Wisconsin
Job Title: Engineering TechnicianJob Description
Join our R&D team as an Engineering Technician to test, troubleshoot, and build electrical test equipment and machines. This position offers room for growth and advancement while working on the first shift.
Responsibilities
Test, troubleshoot, and debug test systems.
Work with oscilloscopes and test equipment.
Determine electrical wiring configurations to meet electrical drawing requirements.
Evaluate, repair, and maintain existing test fixtures.
Communicate effectively with engineers and technicians.
Essential Skills
Experience with schematic reading and troubleshooting.
Proficiency with oscilloscopes and test equipment.
Hands-on experience working in an engineering lab.
Ability to use hand tools and power tools.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Associate degree in a technical field (Electrical, Mechanical, Automation, Mechatronics) or equivalent experience with a High School Diploma.
Experience in an engineering lab or a test environment.
Work Environment
Work in a state-of-the-art, newly expanded facility focused on development and prototype machines. Enjoy a casual dress code where jeans are acceptable. Ideal for individuals who love working with tools.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $31.00 - $37.00/hr.
