The Role/Job Responsibilities Building and executing a recruiting plan at our targeted schools that focuses on attracting a diverse candidate pool Developing relationships at targeted universities with their career centers, student organizations and relevant departments Promoting our brand across campuses to ensure lang-standing new grad pipelines Managing the end-to-end recruiting life cycle for Early Careers roles Providing a great candidate experience throughout the interview process Tracking and analyzing recruiting data to identify trends and adjust strategies to achieve maximum results Required Qualifications: 1 to 2 years of Early Careers Recruiting experience 1+ year of technical full life cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment 1+ year in depth sourcing experience for technical and/or sales positions High level of organization and attention to details Strong MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint skills Delivering results, relationship building and teamwork with business partners and team members Passionate about providing exceptional hiring manager and candidate experience in all your interactions Strong stakeholder management Completed bachelor\'s degree Applicants must have U.S. work authorization that does not now or in the future require sponsorship of a visa for employment Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience recruiting in Workday ATS Compensation: Hourly position starting at \$34 to \$37 per hour depending on previous experience Employment will be through AgileOne with the potential to become a full time...
