JOB REQUIREMENTS: Description Brown and Caldwell, a national environmental engineering firm, has an opportunity for a part-time Digital Water Student Intern (up to 20 hours per week) to provide technical support in our Milwaukee, WI, office. We are seeking a motivated and achievement-oriented individual looking to gain practical hands-on experience outside of the classroom. Detailed Description: As a student intern, you will perform routine support duties requiring professional training but little or no experience. You may be assigned, under close supervision, to: Perform computer programming tasks Design and improve application interfaces Perform basic data management and analysis Adhere to Brown and Caldwell\'s quality assurance/quality control process. To qualify for an internship, you must be enrolled in a full or part-time program (minimum three credit hours per semester) seeking a bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science, or Data Engineering. You also must be in good standing and carry an overall GPA of least 3.0 in your core curriculum, as well as a minimum overall GPA of 3.0. Desired Skills and Experience: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills a must Programming experience in Python Experience or familiarity with the following Python libraries: pysimplegui, matplotlib, pandas, scipy Strong technical skills with the ability to articulate ideas and concepts Excellent organization and communication skills with extreme attention to detail Ability to work in a team environment and manage multiple tasks Candidate must have current driver\'s license and good driving record Being authorized to work in the U.S. is a precondition of employment for this role, as sponsorship is unavailable Salary Range: The anticipated starting pay range for this position is based on the employee\'s primary work location and may be more or less depending upon skills, experience, and education.
