Customer Accounts Specialist Position with Guardian Pharmacy: Position is 100% Onsite 11420 Theodore Trecker Way in Milwaukee, WI 53214. Shift is M-F 8:30am-5pm CT. This is a Contract to Hire opportunity at $20 to $24/hr. Overview: This person will be supporting auditing needs through handling demographic reviews, insurance verifications, payment/claims processings, follow-up collections, report billing, and account management needs. Someone in this role must be must be investigative, communicative, level-headed, confident, and positive as this is a phone heavy position where clients may ask "why am I getting billed this?" The team is small, tenured, and very close-knit! This manager is looking for someone with AR/AP experience within a pharmacy environment.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Make collection calls for outstanding invoices. Assist in the production of the collection letters for review by the Business Manager. Communicate and establish good relationships with facilities to obtain information as needed to assist with billing, patient set-up, & collections. Make outgoing calls to insurers, responsible parties and others to follow up on rejected claims and to garner accurate insurance information. Assist Business Manager with credit card payments, statement inquiries, audits, and collections. Work collaboratively with co-workers to ensure all deadlines for the department are met in an efficient manner.
