The Curriculum Specialist at McGraw Hill are former educators who become product specialists and master presenters with a background in K-12 STEM: Mathematics and/or Science who will be working closely with the Director to execute on end-to-end (product to customer) go-to-market strategy for the I&S portfolio of products. You\'ll be working collaboratively with Project Management on future I&S product roadmap decisions and plans, reviewing, and translating market research to understand needs and to integrate them into our marketing strategies. Develop value proposition and message that speaks to customer needs and the product positioning. Maintain an understanding of the competitive landscape and provide competitive differentiation through sales support and the development of marketing strategies. Represents and communicates the voice of the customer in key business decisions, working cross-functionally with counterparts in Product Management, PMO, Product and Academic Design, Finance, and Sales. Provide hands-on support for key opportunities, intervention and supplemental product content, and campaigns/strategy for aligning with Core in state adoption and open territory. Support the Sales and Consulting teams to impact retention and expansion opportunities to newer versions of existing Intervention programs to the existing user base.
