Primary Duties & Responsibilities: Develop and implement safety policies and procedures: Create and enforce safety protocols, guidelines, and procedures to ensure consistent safe working environments across each campus. Regularly review and update policies to keep current and align with industry best practices and regulatory requirements. Identify potential workplace hazards and risks through conducting regular audits, assessments and safety inspections of facilities, machinery, equipment, and personnel practices. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to develop and implement effective control measures and corrective actions to maintain consistency for all safety and environmental efforts throughout the company. Develop and deliver safety training programs to employees, covering topics such as hazard recognition, emergency response, personal protective equipment (PPE), and safe work practices. Ensure compliance with training requirements and maintaining training records. Foster a culture of safety by promoting awareness, accountability, and active participation in safety initiatives. Collaborate with management and employees to encourage and recognize safety-related behaviors and achievements. Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, incident reports, training sessions, and other safety-related documentation. Generate reports and provide regular updates to stakeholders and management.
